Get answers to all of your burning questions about Thai Massage ;)

Yes, it is as lovely as it sounds.

Yes, it is replete with benefits that studies have only begun to scratch the surface of.

Yes, Thai massage is for all bodies and all conditions. If, however, it turns out that for some reason Thai massage might not be for you, then I have plenty of other massage & bodywork modalities that we can use instead.

Isn't Thai super intense & deep pressure? Should I be scared? I'm scared.

Thai massage can easily be the most intense deep tissue you can get. But it can also be extremely gentle too, appropriate for pregnancy or oncology. It is highly adaptable, and I make sure that all approaches we use are adapted to you... not the other way around.

What if I'm not flexible enough? What if I am too flexible (hypermobility)?

You don't have to be able to do insanely bendy stretches to do Thai, T'ui Na or the yoga I teach. And if you have any conditions that make you prone to overstretch injury, then we won't "stretch" so much as mobilize and position the body to relax to its full ability. There is Thai massage for pregnancy, babies, cancer, aging, and any other condition the human body has.

Like any good yoga practice, Thai Massage therapy and my yoga teachings are able to be adapted to any situation. Definitely reach out if you have questions or concerns, but if your condition can be treated with any kind of bodywork, it can be treated with Thai Massage.
