Service Description
Energy work is powerful, and reiki is extremely gentle. Reiki amplifies the energy already present in your body. If there is constriction, it allows the body to soften and flow. If there is emotional turbulence or mental stress, it allows you to calm and rejuvenate. Your body is in control of the process, and so in contrast to other kinds of energy work, there are no contraindications. Your body will only do what is helpful. It won’t give you something you can’t handle. It will not push you too far, and it will not stop short of getting what it needs.
