This class is designed to sustain you through all stages in life, especially injury, recovery, aging and longevity so you can do what you love as often as you can. It is a slow, meditative pace. Each posture can be adapted to any body.
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative class. Poses are held for longer and are often supported by props so you can focus on relaxation and letting go. This allows the body to release deep holding patterns and work on the connective tissues that muscles rely on.
Now that class is online, BYO props and join from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be. Props may include a mat, yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, pillows, and anything else at hand to help you support your body.

With a smaller class size I can easily modify the practice to handle most injuries and conditions. If you have concerns, you can message before class or just communicate with me as you come online. Everyone in class is encouraged to ask questions as they come up.

Class Etiquette:
Sign up at least 30 min before class to receive a confirmation email with a link. Join a few minutes early, and you will be let in when the instructor is ready. Class may include a few minutes before and/or after to let everyone attending to chat with each other if they like. Other than that, make sure your mic is muted during class unless you have a question, then go ahead and unmute and let me know you have a question. ​
